I recently became a member of the Ecochic Vintage jewelry team over on Etsy. Everyone on this team sells some of the most beautiful jewelry you will ever see. Using "hearts" as a theme (gee, wonder why?...), here are some examples of their wares.
Okay, this one isn't jewelry, but it is from the Sergeant Pepper's LonelyHEARTS Club era, and he was my favorite Beatle, so I felt compelled to include this fab picture.
